Loanunbox is a loan aggregator platform that helps users compare and apply for loan offers from RBI-registered Banks and NBFCs. Loanunbox does not provide loans directly, and all loan approvals, terms, interest rates, and disbursements are determined solely by the lending partners.
2. Eligibility
By using Loanunbox, you confirm that:
You are 18 years or older.You have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.You provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when using the Platform.
3. User Accounts
Users may need to create an account to access the Platform.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.Loanunbox reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of suspicious activity, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
4. Loan Applications
Loanunbox facilitates your connection with RBI-registered Banks and NBFCs.We do not guarantee loan approval, loan amount, interest rate, or disbursement timeline.Loan applications are subject to lender’s verification, eligibility, and discretion.Users must comply with all lender requirements, including KYC and documentation.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on Loanunbox are the property of Loanunbox or its licensors.Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.
7. User Obligations

Provide true, accurate, and complete information.Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.Not misuse the Platform for fraud, illegal activity, or spam.Comply with all applicable laws, including RBI regulations and the DPDP Act, 2023.

Loanunbox does not provide loans directly and is not liable for any loss arising from loan rejections, delays, interest rates, or lender policies.Loanunbox is not responsible for any decisions made by lending partners.To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loanunbox excludes all warranties and liabilities related to the Platform’s accuracy, availability, or functionality.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Loanunbox, its affiliates, and employees from any claim, damage, or expense arising from:
Your violation of these TermsYour loan applications or interactions with lending partnersAny fraudulent, unlawful, or negligent activity
10. Termination
Loanunbox may suspend or terminate your access at its discretion for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration or courts in Bangalore, India, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
12. Changes to Terms
Loanunbox may update these Terms at any time.Significant changes will be notified via app notifications or email.Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
