Welcome to the LoanUnbox Partner App ("App"), a business-to-business (B2B) platform owned and operated by Real Technologies ("LoanUnbox," "we," "us," or "our"). This App is designed exclusively for our registered partners ("Partners," "you," "your") to manage and submit leads for financial products offered by our network of regulated banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).
We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of the information we handle. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information in relation to our App. It covers both the personal information of our Partners and the information of the end-customers ("Customers") that you submit through the App.
By registering as a Partner and using our App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We collect information to operate our platform effectively and to provide you with the best possible service. The information is collected in the following ways:
A. Information You (Our Partner) Provide Directly to Us:
Registration & KYC Information: To create and verify your Partner account, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, PAN card details, Aadhaar card details, and bank account information (for commission payouts).
Profile Information: Any additional information you add to your profile.
Communications: Information you provide when you contact our support team or communicate with us through any channel.
B. Information You Provide About Your Customers (Leads):
As a Partner, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from your Customers before submitting their information to our platform. We act as a secure conduit to pass this information to the relevant financial institutions. This information includes:
Personal & Contact Details: Customer's full name, phone number, email address, date of birth, and current address.
Financial & Employment Information: Employment type (salaried/self-employed), monthly income, company name, and other details required by the financial institution for the loan/credit card application.
Required Documents: Scanned copies or images of the Customer's PAN card, Aadhaar card, bank statements, salary slips, etc., as required for the specific product application.
C. Information We Collect Automatically:
Device & Usage Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access our App, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
Log Information: When you use our App, we automatically collect and store certain information in server logs, including crash reports, system activity, and the date and time of your requests. This helps us diagnose problems and improve the App's stability.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following specific purposes:
To Onboard and Manage Your Partner Account: To verify your identity, set up your account, and manage your profile.
To Process Loan & Credit Card Applications: To securely transmit the Customer information you provide to the chosen banks or NBFCs for processing their application. We do not make any credit decisions ourselves.
To Calculate and Process Your Payouts: To track successful disbursals and credit card issuances and transfer your earned commissions to your registered bank account.
To Communicate With You: To send you updates on your leads, transactional information, service announcements, training materials, and marketing communications (from which you can opt-out).
To Provide Support: To respond to your questions, feedback, or support requests.
To Improve Our Services: To analyze usage patterns, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the security, functionality, and user experience of our App.
To Comply with Legal Obligations: To adhere to legal and regulatory requirements in India.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We only share information in the following circumstances:
With Financial Institutions (Banks & NBFCs): We share the Customer's application data and documents exclusively with the financial institution(s) to which you or the Customer has chosen to apply. This is the core function of our service.
With Third-Party Service Providers: We may work with vendors and service providers for cloud hosting (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud), database management, communications (e.g., SMS, email), and analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.
For Legal Reasons: We may share information with law enforcement agencies, government authorities, or other third parties if we believe it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect the rights and safety of our users or the public, or to prevent fraud or security threats.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and administrative security measures to protect the information we handle from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. This includes the use of encryption (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and robust access control policies to safeguard data at rest.

We retain your personal information for as long as your Partner account is active. We may retain information beyond this period as necessary to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customer lead data is retained as per our agreements with our financial partners and applicable regulations.

You have the right to access and update your profile information directly within the App. For requests to delete your account or for any other queries regarding your personal information, please contact our support team. Please note that we may need to retain certain information for record-keeping or legal purposes.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
